Leftover Burrito Bowl Magic – Zero Waste, All the Smiles!

Did you know your fridge leftovers can become a delicious burrito bowl in minutes? No rules, just happy bellies!
Simply reheat whatever you have, pile it high in a bowl, add your favorite salsa (or sauce), and watch the whole family dig in.

The formula is easy:

*Any veggies
*Any protein (meat, eggs, beans…)
*Any starch (rice, couscous, potatoes…)
*Your go-to sauce or seasonings

*Add fresh avocado or green onion for extra points!

It looks a little different every time, so it never feels like the same meal twice—even when you make it every week!

This week’s version emptied out the fridge with:

Warm everything up at 170° until ready to eat.

Couscous • Crispy potatoes • Black beans • Bacon • Scrambled eggs • Steamed carrots • Red onion • Baked broccoli & red peppers

Fridge cleaned out and tummies full 😋
What does your “dump and serve” bowl look like? Drop it in the comments—I’d love to see your creations!

It was delicious!
